Withdrawal policy

1) No right of withdrawal for personalised posters

Each Birth poster 1:1 is made according to your personal specifications (name, birth length, weight, date, time, place of birth, pose, paper colour, finish). For goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or determination by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB (Germany), § 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG (Austria) and Art. 79 Z 3 Zakon o zaštiti potrošača (Croatia). This applies to all Birth posters 1:1 in our shop.

2) What we still do

• Until printing begins, you can correct details or cancel the order free of charge by e-mail to shop@natolino.com.
• If the poster arrives damaged or differs from your order, send us a photo within 14 days. We will reprint it free of charge.
• Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

3) Right of withdrawal for non-personalised items

If you ever buy a non-personalised item from us, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ProArt Group d.o.o., Tina Ujevića 14, 10436 Sveta Nedelja, Croatia, shop@natolino.com) of your decision by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice in time.

4) Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day of withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
