General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These terms govern purchase contracts through the online shop natolino.com. Please read them before placing an order.

§ 1 Scope and contractual partner

These GTC apply to all orders placed via natolino.com. The seller and contractual partner is ProArt Group d.o.o., Tina Ujevića 14, 10436 Sveta Nedelja, Croatia (OIB 09122759478). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking “Complete order”, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we send our order confirmation by e-mail or dispatch the goods.

§ 3 Personalisation and review

Each Birth poster 1:1 is made according to your details (name, birth length, weight, date, time, place of birth, pose, paper colour, finish). The preview in the shop shows the poster exactly as we print it. Please check your details before ordering: you are responsible for spelling and numbers. We review every print file before printing and will contact you if anything stands out. You can let us know about obvious errors by e-mail before printing starts, and we will correct them free of charge.

§ 4 Prices

All prices are in euros and include the applicable statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown during the ordering process and described in the shipping information.

§ 5 Payment

Payment is made by credit card or PayPal. The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process. Your account will be charged as soon as we accept the order for production.

§ 6 Delivery

We deliver to Germany, Austria and Croatia; other EU countries on request. Production usually takes 2–4 working days, and shipping with GLS takes a further 2–5 working days. In the event of delivery delays, we will inform you by e-mail.

§ 7 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§ 8 Warranty and transport damage

The statutory warranty rights apply. Please inspect the shipment upon receipt. If the poster arrives damaged or differs from your order, send us a photo at shop@natolino.com within 14 days and we will reprint it free of charge.

§ 9 Right of withdrawal

Birth posters 1:1 are made according to your personal specifications. For such goods, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB (Germany), § 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG (Austria) and Art. 79 Z 3 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act. Details can be found in the withdrawal policy.

§ 10 Copyright

The watercolour illustrations and the poster designs are protected by copyright. You purchase the poster for private use; reproduction or commercial use is not permitted.

§ 11 Data protection

Information on the processing of your data can be found in the privacy policy.

§ 12 Applicable law, dispute resolution

Croatian law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which they have their habitual residence also apply. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
